This stick holder is entirely handmade in Bhaktapur, Nepal.
After being made from kneaded clay, they are left to dry in the sun. Once dry, they are fired in traditional kilns.
Because they are entirely handmade, no two pieces are alike, and small imperfections are always present, making them unique.
They can be used for both sticks with an internal support, typical of India, and those without a support, typical of the Tibetan tradition.
