The Guggul is obtained by incision from the plant Commiphora Mukul, cultivated in the Middle East. The plant is in the same family of Commiphora Mirrha from which we get the Mirra and, for this reason, the Guggul is also called Sweet Myrrh.According to the ancient Ayurvedic medicine this resin gives inner well-being, rejuvenates and revitalizes the mind, cleanses the aura and drives disturbing factors during moments of reflection and prayer. Its balsamic aroma is therefore particularly suitable in cases of extreme nervousness, stress and insomnia.
