History and TraditionIn ancient Greece, Amber was widely used in fumigation: also called the stone of the Sun, it was believed to unite men to the gods, creating an atmosphere of renewal and spiritual warmth. It was also believed it was able to relieve tension and weakness and to mitigate the states of sadness and melancholy. It was one of the main ingredients in the Templars mixtures.
