Native to Madagascar, this resin is collected and sold in the typical "sphere" shape which is also the unit of measurement with which it is traded. Wandering around the markets it is easy to come across people with baskets that give off a balsamic and fresh scent, full of these small spheres that are usually used in various rituals and to perfume the rooms.
Its scent is similar to Elemi Manila but has a sweeter and less acute note. When it burns, a fresh scent spreads that soothes the soul and activates the body, while relaxing the mind and eliminating stress.
